Kentucky Clean Air has done a fantastic job for our funeral homes here in Lexington. Our funeral homes have a tremendous amount of traffic throughout the buildings, with many times having more than 1,000 people per week. Therefore, our carpets become dirty much more often than normal. I have been extremely pleased with how clean and revived our carpets are after being cleaned by Kentucky Clean Air. They came when they said they would. The job was bigger than they originally estimated, but they promised to have it complete in one day and they delivered even though they stayed later than what I would consider "normal business hours." Responded to my calls promptly. Called to confirm and arrived promptly. Solved the problem with my dryer vents and cleaned them as needed. Gave me advice on future changes to prevent future problems with my vents (due to poor installation design). Answered all my questions and concerns. Courteous, neat, helpful, thorough. Fair Price. Will definitely use them again in the future!!!!!!!! One unique thing; tho I told them the vents opened onto the roof and the vents were in attic crawl space, they did not bring a ladder; but luckily I had one that I had borrowed for another chore. DON"T HESITATE TO CALL THIS FIRM!

They were professional and really cared about doing the job right. My job wasn't an easy one, but they kept working until they completed it. I was shocked by how much they really wanted to please the customer. I recommend them for your duct cleaning. They do great work!
I was overall very pleased with the service of Kentucky Clean Air. For starters, the team that did the work at my residence was able to work around my schedule as I work out of town most days of the week. They agreed to complete the work on a Holiday to accommodate my schedule. As far as the quality of work, I was very impressed with the thorough review of my heating/cooling system to start the job. They also gave me a chance to see the work in action and what effect it had on the system. Quite an operation. We found that I had two vents that were not hooked to the duct work properly and they were able to reconnect those as well.
